"Navigating Us" is a 3-day, interactive workshop that teaches couples the practical “hands-on” skills essential to build a healthy, thriving relationship that can go the distance. Thanks to a federal grant, we are proudly able to offer this life-changing program for FREE to military & first responder couples in Northeast Florida.
